A few highlights:-Samantha’s warmup/round that was so beautiful and positive. -Judging the random draw quartet contest. -Bribes.-The outdoor venue on Saturday with The Mainliners Chorus, Valley Forge Chorus, and the Harmony brigade chorus. -SINGING WITH KIMBERLY NEWCOMB. (We’ve known for many years how incredible this woman is and she never ceases to amaze us with her talent, musicality, and beautiful heart. Thanks for having us!! It was a blast! See MoreSee Less

These incredible humans were the start of GQs love story with this hobby and with BHS. Meeting Lemon Squeezy in Miami, helping with a youth camp, singing in that little atrium at Daddy Deans house, going to a club with them and Christian Diaz and Deans’ twin sons(we were early 20 whatever’s and in college, ok? It’s fine.)….that’s the good stuff. Having it be these men who put those medals around our necks… this was a possible future storyline we carved into existence many, many moons ago. ❤️🍋 See MoreSee Less

Day 5: GQ ‘Thank You’s’ — FinaleWe are still trying to find words for what it means to win something you have spent years looking up at.Not because a medal suddenly makes everything matter, but because there is a weight to this moment. Standing in a place we once only watched, hearing our name called in a room that helped shape our ears, our standards, our courage, and our dreams. And then understanding it isn’t only ours.GQ has always been shaped by more than the four people on stage. Coaches, families, friends, volunteers, audiences, fellow performers, former members, hard seasons, honest feedback, quiet sacrifices, and a community that kept showing up- all helped bring us here. One of those people is Kate Macdonald, who spent more than a decade singing with GQ during some of our most formative years. The music we made, the lessons we learned, and the experiences we shared during that chapter helped shape the quartet we have become. We are grateful for those moments and memories. Maybe that's what harmony really is.Not just four notes agreeing, but a journey made up of many different chapters and many different people, each leaving something behind that contributes to the whole. The truth is, every person who has walked alongside us has left an imprint. Every rehearsal, every performance, every conversation, every act of encouragement has helped shape not only the quartet we've become, but the humans we've become.Thank you for reminding us, time and again, that barbershop is about people. It's about finding harmony with one another, lifting each other up, and creating something beautiful that none of us could create alone. Our journey is richer because of each of you.Thank you for helping write it. ❤️ See MoreSee Less

Day 4: GQ ‘Thank You’s’ – For the GirlsOne of our most favorite things on this planet is getting to meet younger versions of us. We’ve been lucky enough to do a youth camp or two back in the day and there is nothing that brings us more joy than getting to meet and sing with those young women. We’re always thankful for the ones who wait to say hello. The ones who ask for pictures and hugs. The ones who inspire us to learn and grow and be better. We're still trying to process the significance of becoming the first female quartet to win the International Quartet Championship in the Society's 80+ year history. We don't fully know what this new chapter will look like, but we can't wait to discover it together with Barbershop Harmony Society and The Association of International Champions (AIC).What we DO know is this:If even one little girl (or big girl) walked away believing, "Maybe I can do that someday," then this week became about something so much bigger than us.We can't wait to see the stages you'll stand on someday. This one's for the girls. 💛 See MoreSee Less
